| minister recognises murdoch + etc as leader in water management field

The Hon Mr John Kobelke MLA, Minister Assisting the Minister for Water Resources officially launched the “Water auditing and water conservation” by Dr Jeff Sturman, Professor Goen Ho and Dr Kuruvilla Mathew at the ETC on Wednesday 7th September 2005.

Welcomed by Vice Chancellor Jon Yovich and Stewart Dallas, ETC Researcher, Minister Kobelke reminded assembled guests that Murdoch University, through its various partnerships, had been at the forefront of the water management field for many years. He described the new book as the culmination of many years work and congratulated the authors for their commitment and contribution to water management. The Minister also reminded guests that apart from the vast contribution the book would make Murdoch University's continued involvement in accreditation of water auditors would see it and Western Australia benefit for years to come.
