Presentation Guidelines

Oral Presentation

Each technical presentation is scheduled for a total of 20 minutes (15 minutes presentation and 5 minutes for questions). Laptop computers (with Microsoft Office XP) and LCD projectors will be available in each session room. Speakers should upload their slides on to the laptop computer in their paper session room latest during the break prior to the start of their session. In case of incompatibility between softwares, Speakers are advised to prepare and bring their own overhead sheets. Strict timing (15+5 minutes) will be followed for all sessions and all speakers are requested to plan their presentations accordingly.

Speaker biography

Speakers should email the conference organisers a short biography of maximum 5 to 6 sentences which will be given to the session Chair.
